NEXT Week: Central Europe [Houghton]

Spend Spring Break serving alongside a team and learning from local ministry leaders in Central Europe. Get a taste of cross-cultural ministry on a short-term trip. Experience a new culture, participate in local ministry events, and engage with God's global mission.

This trip is open to Houghton University students. 

• Trip Description: During NEXT Week: Central Europe, you will work alongside the long-term missionary team in outreach to immigrants and refugees.  Volunteer at an intercultural community center, take a tour of another refugee ministry center, go on a prayer walk, attend a team meeting, observe a Friday afternoon prayer service at a local mosque, learn how to interact with people from different faiths, and try some delicious ethnic food.  Through this experience in a melting pot of a city, you will see firsthand how God's heart is for the great multitude and learn how you can share the light of Christ with immigrants and refugees, both in your local community and wherever God leads you in the world.
