Sign and Complete Required GP Forms Required
Global Partners requires all visitors & volunteers to complete several forms before visiting or serving on a mission field. You will need to upload your passport, flight itinerary, and proof travel insurance in addition to signing the forms. For participants over 18, you must upload your completed background check. All forms and uploads are in one place through the link in the attached PDF.

In this changing world, our organization wants to ensure we are doing everything possible to minimize unnecessary risks that could impact you or GP families on the field. This checklist is standard for all non-employees who visit. Each team member should fill out their own form.
Required documentation:
-Upload completed Background Check
-Fill out your Emergency Contact info
-Sign the GP Child Protection Policy
-Upload Flight Itinerary, Passport, and Travel Insurance
Any questions can be directed to the GP worker you will be serving with or visiting.
