WNY District Trip to Eastern Europe
Welcome to the WNY District's Trip to Eastern Europe!
Participants will be joining the Long-Term workers and NEXT interns in facilitating an English Camp in Eastern Europe in a town where there are no Evangelical Believers or churches. English Camps have become a beloved outreach in the local community where kids and families not only get to practice English through fun and games but encounter Jesus and believers, potentially for the first time.
Short-Term Team Members will work with the English Coordinator to plan the activities of the camp and develop the theme. Team members will also have the opportunity to experience cooking lessons with a local, conversations over coffee, prayer walking with Long-Termers, language lessons, adventures through hiking and canoeing, and other cultural engagement activities.
Cost of the trip is $1,250 + airfare.

Global Partners requires all visitors and volunteers to a GP field to respond regarding the following documentation before visiting or serving. If you are leading a team, please have every team member fill out their own form.

Any questions can be directed to the GP worker you will be serving with or visiting.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Participants must complete a background check and have an active passport
Restrictions
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to walk at least 3 miles per day, including hilly terrain
- Must be a regular attendee of a church in the Western New York District of the Wesleyan Church
